  We are both fully insured as personal trainers and group fitness instructors and are also registered with Fitness Australia for your peace of mind.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  After always struggling with my weight I lost over 40kg and fell in love with fitness and the way it made me feel. I then re-trained as a personal trainer so I could help others on their journey. 4 years on I still love what I am doing and still continuing my education with a Diploma in Fitness
