  I reached out to Boundary Plumbing after the cold snap this week damaged the solar heating on the house I’m looking after (I’m housesitting while owners are in the UK!). When I called, the team were friendly, explaining that there was a whole number of people in the same position as me due to the weather and talked me through turning the hot water off to the solar panels. Given they were busy I explained I was happy to wait in-line until I can be seen, however they followed up later the same day to say that they had a cancellation in the same area as me. I received an automated message prior to the crews arrival which was handy. On arrival both guys were polite and knowledgeable, and they were able to identify / amend the issue swiftly. Overall super pleased with the work that was done and would recommend their services. Thank you!!

  Called yesterday to get a quote to have a gas fireplace swapped over. Organised for a 7:30am site visit for quote this morning. Young bloke came in had a look and did it on the spot. Fair price. All good, everyone is happy. 👍🏼
