yes we are insured and our work is guaranteed. in saying that as long as our work is not in fault.if cracks appear after ex amount of time because the house has moved due to ground moving or burst pipe then it is not our responsibility.

Unfortunatley plastering is a trade that is not regulated so there are a lot of plasterers out there that havent done an apprentice ship or dont know the regulations,specs and the best ways to do the job,.I have been to many jobs were customers have rang me to look at work they already have paid for and to consult them on the best way to fix the problem.common problems are plasterers using wrong type of sheeting on ceilings\walls,plasterers charging customers top dollar but using cheap materials.we are competitive with our pricing,clean,reliable,punctual on time and we have great knowledge of all aspects of plastering with 25 years of experience in commercial,residential,fancy cornice,renovations,extensions and all other things do to with plastering.

we need to know the span between walls,how much plaster to get,how high walls are how long ,cornice type,plaster type,ceiling height ,plaster thickness,entrance to site,and a few other things.

a customer can save money by pulling down the old plaster and doing a site clean or even hang the plaster on small jobs.making sure they know what they want before starting a job in that way eliminating changes half way through.

well what makes our price competitive is that your not going through a builder who makes on average a 200% on top of all trades and materials.we have a list of great local tradesman that can guarntee you a great job at a fair price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

normally on hourly rate but each job is different.bigger jobs, will some times be on a meter rate but there is a lot of work that we do on site that cant be charged at a meter rate  such as demolition work,straightening walls,washing walls,site cleans ,covering existing flooring,insulating,cornice work,arches,ceiling panels.....and so on  each job is different but we always have the customers best interest in mind and doing the best job we can.

we specialize in all aspects of  plastering eg,cornice,restoration work,drywall,suspended ceilings,old work,extensions,renovations,sound proofing,ceiling panels,repair work and insurance work.
