Yes we carry $1M in Professional Indemnity Insurance and a Certificate of Currency is available at any time on request. We stand by our work and we have no lock in contracts.

Soon after converting to Xero staff were working in a dismantled Melbourne factory with only mobile access available. Despite this they were able to link up with other staff in South West Sydney and with a Client on the Central Coast really needed assistance.  With all parties having simultaneous information access regardless of location, we were able to resolve the situation very quickly, the end result, a happy Client, no transaction mess to sort out six months down the track, and no need to leave any of the jobs we were presently working on. The problem was resolved in no longer than the time taken to boil the jug!

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We're making a difference When launching Breeze Professionals our focus was on small and medium businesses, we wanted to be a practice that really made a difference to our clients. But when we looked at the existing service delivery methods we thought there was a lot to be desired from the traditional approach.  It's more than "just tax" There had to be a better way than just working a tax result from information too old to be much use in the present, let alone the future. There had to be a way to be there with our Clients when they crunched the numbers, whether for five minutes for a "how do I do this?" query, or for an end of month or annual review.  Working together with real time data and reports The information had to be easily maintained, available in real time and simultaneously accessible by both client and accountant. It also needed to be able to produce meaningful reports quickly and easily.  All this led to Xero and a shared platform with our Clients, since taking it on we have become Gold Partners and have not looked back.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If you are in business make sure your accounts are as up to date as possible Make a list of all the issues you want resolved, use an XL spreadsheet or something like google docs that we can share online If you have a lot of documents then get them into order and we can arrange to have them scanned to save time

For Oneflare Customers we will provide setup and Xero training at no charge. We like to invest in our Clients up front and we find that with help and training most Clients get a handle on the process very quickly.

Fixed fees, No Surprises, Ever! We bill monthly for our plans so there are no surprises or unknown bills ever. Should you require assistance with services outside our plans then we quote the work upfront for you so you always know where you stand.We bill monthly for pre agreed fees so no surprises or unknown bills ever.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Breeze Professionals is a Member of the National Tax and Accountants Association and the BPO Group. We also work with Xero Accounting Partners in New Zealand, the UK and around the globe.  Our staff are located in Sydney & Melbourne and Breeze has access to the BPO Group global base of staff. Being an Independent Group member means we remain small enough to care and yet big enough to respond.   Our staff include members of the Professional Bodies, ASIC Agents, BAS and & Tax Agents. We are registered with the Tax Practitioners Board and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.   We have access to specialist R&D providers and grounded independent Financial Planning and Corporate Recovery Specialists and our team is experienced in Accounting, Business & IT.  We continue to add to our knowledge constantly and are realistic enough to know that don't make claims to have all of the answers all of the time but when the big questions arise we draw on our capacity to research and reach-out to find commercial solutions.
