The size of the area where the work is being completed in square meters. Any slopes, hills or dips in the ground surface. If hedges are being trimmed we need to know the total length and height (if over 2 meters) of all hedges.

Remove any loose items or debris laying around on your lawn and Make sure your council provided green waste bin has enough room to dispose of any garden refuse to avoid any extra green waste removal charges.

We specialise in the full contracted maintenance of AirBnB properties as operated by absentee hosts... We conduct all checkout cleaning & regular garden maintenance and complete handyman repairs as required.
