  PLEASE DO NOT BOOK BRETTS FURNITURE. In good faith, I booked Brett as he was the first to respond. I had several quotes in the same ball park. Our phone conversations rang alarm bells. In short, he did not show up in fact was in another state with no intention of picking my furniture up on the agreed date - he'd FORGOT. He then had the balls to ask for more money so he could get to me. A month of planning my relocating and commencing a new job interstate around a Brett had all gone out the window. I have requested my deposit back but have heard nothing as yet. There are about to be some legal issues for Brett.

  Move was coordinated well. Communication was excellent. Having to do 2 trips Brett rang us half hour before each pickup and drop-off. Took care of our items and loaded truck well and generally pleasant to deal with. Didn't experience any negative issues

  WHAT A SHOCKER - we used Brett to assist one of our customers. After having to have paid him all funds upfront - the day he had to offload in Adelaide he was actually in Brisbane, with no communication at all - after numerous attempts to communicate / false delivery promises and even promising to repay $1,000 of the invoice due to inconvenience caused, he ended up delivering halve the items 5 weeks later, and the remaining items the week after - I am ashamed that we used this guy as our reputation took a massive hit - please stay away and save yourself the headache - he will make delivery promises and then just never show / communicate
