How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I decided to work with animals from a very young age. I have always had a good way with animals and love them to the bottom of my heart.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One of my favourite customer stories is from a couple that I looked after their 2 Jack Russell dogs over the Christmas New Year period 2016/17. The dogs would fight at dinner time and would have to be separated. The couple were happy it all went ok and very happy with the job I had done.

What do you like most about your job?

I love the animals and the variety of different animals and people I get to spend my working hours with. Every person has something to bring into a situation and I have enjoyed any feedback I have received. Animals have always given me such a peace and tranquil feel which I love.

Pet minding I get asked if the dogs are ok when I first come into the house. Most of the dogs I have worked with so far have been fine. They can take a day to get used to a different routine but once that has been set they are usually fine. Similar scenario with dog walking and training.

I have completed a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training as well as a number of short courses in relation to animals. Also having lots of life experience looking after not only my own animals but minding other people's animals over the past 10 years or so as well.
