Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured and all staff are employees with workcover (not subcontractors).  We offer a 5 year labour inclusive warranty on TV antenna repairs and cabling.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started in the television service industry over 10 years ago, when first trying to install my own television and realising that there was no information or specialists able to give accurate help when trying to improve the picture.  By researching and training, I was able to fill the niche in the market where we not only fix television antennas, however also able to install any equipment to get the most out of it.

What do you like most about your job?

The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to supply new televisions to our clients. We don't keep any stock on hand and get next day delivery, so all the advice and information we give is unbiased. I will go out of my way to make sure you get the right TV that suits your home, and at the right price.

Our 5 year labour inclusive warranty gives you peace of mind. The warranty is possible because the quality of the Australian Made parts we use, as well as our workmanship will ensure a long lasting solution.

The special offer for the Oneflare customers is an additional 2 year warranty on all our Australian Made antenna products. That makes a total 7 year labour inclusive warranty!  (this shows the confidence we have in our products, and we are expecting our solutions to last 10 or even 15 years every time).

What makes your pricing competitive?

We offer both economic products with a 12 month warranty competitive with all other businesses in the local area, as well as the option for better quality Australian Made products which are guaranteed to last longer.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally only charge a service call if we are able to fix the problem within the first 10 minutes, otherwise we will quote first before proceeding if further work is required.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in difficult 'Fringe Areas' and are able to get TV reception in every situation guaranteed. It doesn't matter how many trees are around, or how low the house is, we are able to offer a solution that ensures every house gets free to air television.

With over 10 years operating locally, and with extensive study and training including 'Fringe Area' reception solutions, we are able to use our local knowledge to ensure the system we put in is the right system for your home.
