  I have used Ian many times to do work for me and am 100% happy with his work. Ian always does a very high quality job and is a real gentleman.   The minute I met Ian, I knew I had found the right person for the job! I was looking for a painter that I could trust to not only do a great job, but to leave in my house whilst I was at work all day. My job was an entire house repaint inside and out. From the first meeting with Ian he was extremely helpful with ideas for colours to improve and lighten up my home. I received a quote within 24 hours, and he came back prior to commencing to reconfirm colour choices. His experience and knowledge of paint/painting clearly showed through. Every day he arrived on time and before leaving each day tidied up so much he almost did me out of a job of cleaning my own house. Ian please come back just for this :-) Nothing was too much of a bother for him. Very likeable as a person, takes the time to understand what you are trying to achieve, is prompt, affordable, clean, tidy, and best of all.....does a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

  Yes l am insured with GIO and yes l do guarantee my work, its important that the client is happy.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  l had been in the printing trade for 15yrs in a factory and wanted to put my hand to something else. My wife Lynn and l had purchased an old home that needed a lot of work. As we were quite young and it was our first home we took on the task with great enthusiasm. Lynn was an artist and very creative and as she had been raised in a home where her farther had done a lot of remodelling and renovating she believed we could do it on our own. This huge job lead me into the building trade where l worked in painting, plastering, paving & carpentry. I am proud to say l can turn my hand to most things and have been painting now for 30yrs.
