• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes, I am fully insured - both my own equipment (van and tools) as well as having Public Liability Insurance in place. I can provide a copy of my Certificate of Currency of this insurance if needed. Possibly someone engaging my services for a commercial project might want to see this.

• What makes your pricing competitive?

  • All prices quoted, i.e. our hourly rate of $120, are including GST. I've seen plumbing websites where prices are quoted ex GST and customers don't always realise this. • I only charge in 15 minutes blocks (or part thereof) - so if a job takes 45 minutes that's all you get charged for, not the full hour. • I know what I'm doing. I have gone in behind many plumbers who haven't been able to fix a leaking tap or toilet, find a gas leak, or unblock a drain - and been able to complete the job. With me, it get's done right the first time - and this will save you time and money!
