They were 70 late to start the job. Then once loaded at Belconnen it took them 50 minutes to get to Dunlop. The actual moving of the furniture was ok however the time factor was not good. We weren’t even notified that they would be late until 40 minutes after they were due. Can’t say I would use them again.Patrick C

If I can give Capital Removal 0 stars, I will. We scheduled for the removal to happen on a particular day, the truck never arrived due to an issue witb a tyre/wheel. Promised to move me the next day at 7am but they never showed up. I had to urgently hire a different removalist to do the work for me.Dale

Would not use ever again. Booked in for a lunch time job did not show up until 3pm. Moving a 4 bedroom house with 2 lounge rooms. Did a online quote and also went over with this. Turn up in a very small truck that was all damaged and and unroadworthy. When I called they would not take my phone call or return my phone call. Also a lot of damage to our belongings. They turned a very stressful situation into something even more. Very unhappy and would not recommend at all.Elisabeth B
