All operators are required to be fully insured not only themselves but public liability and also your vehicle. We also have a customer satisfaction guarantee

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Wanted to control my own destiny and outcomes based work as in doing something and seeing a great result at the end. That along with the flexibility it affords our service vans are our shop-front.

A regular client who contacted me fairly late one day. She was just around the corner from where I lived so I managed to fit her in. I duly arrived at her house and started setting up when she said by the way can you just keep an eye out for our sons pet snake... it never was found!

Meeting new and different people, exceeding their expectations wherever possible. The satisfaction of transforming something that... perhaps needed some love to something the owner is really proud to jump back in and drive around!

This is many and varied we don't and won't pigeon hole our clients. Everyone has their own requirements what may be important for one client may not be at all to the next. We tailor to our customers requirements all operators will be happy to answer your questions directly

All operators are a part of the Car Care group, however the person doing your vehicle it is his own business. Never was it truer to say "the person who owns the store runs the store".

Trust... been around over 30 years, Convenience... we come to you, We will (generally) not be the cheapest but you will get best industry practice using quality equipment and products and great service at a fair price

Condition of paintwork If the vehicle has beach sand, dog hair, red dust. Any special requirements i.e. sticker removal, smells, head light/s opaque

1) Especially on a full detail remove personal items. 2) If car seats are to be shampooed have the car seat covers off. 3) Endeavor to ensure you have a moment to talk with the detailer there might be something that can be left out of the process because it isn't needed we can tailor to suit client

We are the largest, longest established and the market place tends to fairly closely follow our lead. As previously stated we have been around for over 30 years and have no intention of going anywhere. With that in mind we must be competitive with our pricing and our service

How do you normally charge for your service?

For first time users of our services we ask for cash, credit card or cheque. Regular clients often pay our detailers via EFT, and some of our larger clients opt for an account with head office (in WA)

All aspects of car detailing. Car Care is a one stop shop (except we come to you!) for your vehicle enhancement needs.

All operators attend a week long course. Most operators have been in the industry well over 5 years. Ongoing training always keeping up with best practice.
