This question is very easy to answer. The business is a family owned one and seeing how successful my father has been since its inception I naturally followed. The chance to work alongside your father is too great to be passed up.

We recently moved a family in St Ives. They had moved 10 times over the previous ten years. After we completed their move they praised myself and my staff to the point that they had never had such a wonderful experience. They were so impressed that they have already booked in their return move in 12 months to a home under construction.

I love my customers. The interaction between myself and my customer is very rewarding. I love to hear their appreciation of a job well done and then hear from new customers that have been recomended to my business from a happy customer

Experience experience experience. Nothing counts for more.  Does your removalist have the right sized truck? Does he have enough experienced personel to carry out the job? Any hidden costs

A full list of what is to be moved. Access at both properties. As mentioned above settlement times Do you require any packing to be done? What day of the week you plan to move? Weekdays are cheaper

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. If the customer is willing to pack their own boxes instead of paying the removalist 2. For short moves it may be possible for you to move your smaller boxes and clothing 3. Try and have your settlement time scheduled in the early afternoon. Late settlements will impact on the amount of hours the removalist takes. It is not uncommon to have them sit around for 2-3 hours waiting for settlement. On an hourly rate your paying for nothing

As we quote based on how long we feel your job will take then there are no hidden extras. With multiple trucks on the road everyday, if a truck finishes early he is required to assist another who is still working. No extra charges for additional men. We are not the cheapest in the market but certainly not the most expensive. With 50 years experience you cannot go past our value for money

How do you normally charge for your service?

We strongly advise receiving a written quotation for your move. We will come out to your home when convenient and go through the whole process of moving. A written quote is your safest scenario. Most companies quoting via an hourly basis have hidden costs. Travelling time, wrapping fees, difficult access, pianos, pool tables and even fuel levies. It is also very easy to work slowly and extend their time doing your move. Be very wary of hourly rates

All household, office and business relocations. Due to our exposure with new furniture we have extensive experience in assembling furniture. Therefore we can dissemble and reassemble your furniture.

50 years experience moving Sydney homeowners and new furniture. We have been delivering for Sydney's leading retailers during these years. Two retailers that are prominent are Keith Lord, 10 years, and Nick Scali over the last 20 years. Assembly and reassembly of your furniture is a specialty.
