Have a budget allocated for food and an idea of your guests needs function with finger food or a sit down meal which would be more formal. Have a confirmed number of guests this will give you a good indication of how far your budget will go. find a venue or location for your event and negotiate.

All our products are sourced from specialist suppliers and prepared by us to the highest standards we make our own breads, pastry ,pickles and anything else we can. Its our belief that an artisian hand made product is far superior than that of a mass produced factory product.

its depends on the clients requirements but we ask for a deposit then the balance can be paid on the day of the event or before we accept cash or bank transfer

Food in genaral we can cook most cuisines and have vast experience in European and Mauritian and Pacific rim we always enjoy a challange though.
