Generally for a fixed price quote, a site inspection will be required along with clear identification and location of all relevant utility services in the area of excavation/ demolition   A fire ant inspection and or permit is also recommended before  a site inspection/quote is arranged.

We recommend clients use of the dial before you dig website, to locate all  private and local services on site, along with contacting the Department of primary industries to arrange a fire ant inspection and permit for site, if within a fire ant zone  & before arranging any on site works.
