We provide standard transit insurance cover for fire, flood, collision and overturning – this is not an all risk policy. You can obtain quotes for full comprehensive Removals Insurance via insurance brokers pleases call for recommended brokers or by checking and/or extending your home and contents insurance policy.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a second generation removalist. As early as I can remember my Dad had me at the storage shed after school to help load trucks or I spent my school holidays as an assistant on a interstate removal trip. I learnt the trade in the only way possible, the hard way. My view now is to revolutionise the industry to get the job done better, smarter and more efficiently.

I have no specific scenario I would like to share. I would refer people to my reviews to gain an idea of what we do. Each customer experience is an individual one for me. Customers constantly provide me with stories I will tell my grand children about but ultimately it's all in a days work. We are always asked to do things a lot of people wouldn't so we just take it in our stride and get the job done.

As a professional removalist I always enjoy the variety and diversity that my job has to offer. Everyday is a new challenge and new customers. Not to many people move regularly so this allows me to constantly meet new people and have great experiences everyday. I enjoy being in a new environment with new people everyday.

Are you insured? Are there any hidden costs? What experience do you have? Read their reviews, question any points you are concerned about? Will you give a quoted price in writing? Are you a registered company? Do you charge G.S.T in the quoted price?

How long will our move take? Local move times vary dependent on access for the truck and volume of furniture. As an average local moves with reasonable truck access are: 2 bedroom - 2 to 3 hours / 3 bedroom - 3 to 4 hours / 4 bedroom 4 -5 hours etc..  Is there insurance? Yes - Fire, overturn, collision and theft to the value of $500,000. All risks is a different type of cover held by the customer not the removal company. Please ask for clarification on this point.

We understand it is difficult to decipher a good removalist from a bad one. I recommend reading our reviews across multiple sites like Google plus / True local etc. And of course request a personal assessment to insure we know what we're talking about. We prefer an in person assessment (free of charge) to give you peace of mind for your move.

1 - Access details for the property moving into / out of. 2 - A detailed list of furniture and boxes to be moved. 3 - Special equipment requirements i.e Piano's / Pool Tables etc. These items allow us to provide a detailed estimate of your move requirements.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1 - If it fits in a box please put it on one.. 2 - Disassemble beds / tables / Ikea furniture prior to us arriving 3 - Be as organised as possible. Group boxes into a room at the front of the house. If possible move small items to the garage or front of the property. Save money by moving small items yourself. Use recommended packing materials i.e removal cartons. (Not supermarket boxes)

As a local removalist, with twenty years experience, I am able to offer a streamline pricing system that leaves the cost in your hands.. We can only move the big items? or everything? you can choose how many hours you require our services. We constantly review our competitor costings and offer simply the most efficient safe removal system available in the market. Our local / country Victorian rates are the best.. Please don't assume money gets a better service, this is incorrect in this industry!! Experience wins every time, and isn't always excessively priced.. As a small operator performance and reviews are essential you will not be disappointed!! We are happy to assess your moving needs in person to alleviate any concerns you may have and work through your questions and move scenarios.

Local work is priced on an hourly rate of $88 per hour including G.S.T. Our local pricing system is designed to offer our customers the most cost effective way to move house you have the option to tailor the move to your requests. Should you require a Victorian country move or interstate we will need to assess your move in person, obligation free, to be sure there are no surprises on the day i.e fixed price, no hidden costs..
