Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes I am insured. If I am unable to officiate for any reason I will endeavor to find a replacement Celebrant.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

While I was teaching I knew that sooner than later I was going to retire. I am a people person . It then naturally followed that life after teaching would be as a Celebrant.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I recently officiated at a wedding ceremony. The couple were absolutely amazing. They married at the Beautiful Gold Creek Station., Hall. They wanted a rustic style wedding and they got that in bucket loads. The love between this couple was so amazing to see and experience.

What do you like most about your job?

I dont see my job as a Celebrant as work. The joining of couples in marriage and creating new families gives me great satisfaction and joy. I love making happy memories . Memories not only for my brides and Grooms but also for your families and friends and I.

Availability for the date and time of ceremony? Are you a Religious Celebrant? Do you travel? Do you officiate at Same sex wedding ceremonies? Will you include cultural elements into the ceremony Are you experienced and how many weddings do you do on the same day?

Getting married in Australia  To be legally married in Australia, a person must:  a) not be married to someone else  b) not be marrying a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister  c be at least 18 years old. What are the first steps to getting married? Complete the NOIM form

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Reliable, flexible, experienced. I have been assessed by the Attorney General's Department - the Registering Body for Celebrants as a 'fit and Proper person' for the important role I have been entrusted with. I am also guided by the 'Code of Ethics' as set out by the Attorney Generals department.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Determine budget and how expenses will be shared. 2. Discuss the size, style, location, and scope of the wedding you want with partner and parents. 3. Start compiling your guest list to estimate head count. Consider budget when thinking about “must-invite” versus “nice-to-invite.”

I provide high quality service. You get what you pay for. It is highly recommended to meet with the Celebrant. It is a very personal service - price or the fee is not as important as the person who is going to write and deliver your ceremony.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Standard fee to cover costs of Certificates, time, writing of ceremony, meeting time. If more trhan 50km from my home then a small fee for travel.

Weddings for all couples - no exceptions Renewal of Vows Naming Ceremonies Birthdays Commitment Ceremonies Memorial/Funeral Ceremonies Other ceremony types will be considered. Small intimate Ceremonies to large ceremonies. PA system will be provided for all ceremonies.
