How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We began this business from a risk management background. Property Managers have tried to convince landlords that cheap is best. Instead we decided to use our experience and approach the problem from another angle. Property management requires patience, attention to detail and an understanding of the risk being posed to the investment.

We had one client whose mortgage was just covered by the rent without any headroom. Her tenant abandoned the property 3 months in. We kept paying her rent over this period which meant she could keep her investment. It was wonderful to watch our product in action keep someones investment secure.

Why is the person quoting this SO cheap. They either are generally using inferior skills / or materials. A good professional knows their worth and will not work for free. If its an introductory offer, how are they going to make back the lost revenue?

We want you to make money.  1.Have your property neat and presentable for photos 2. Attend to any maintenance (we will help). 3.Remember you are asking someone to pay you to live there. You want to make them as kean as possible to do this.

We are the only only Property management company that has our product. We are competitive but we don't compete on price. There is a reason the saying says "you get what you pay for"

We charge an initial lease fee and an ongoing percentage of the rent that you will receive. We do not charge ancillary fees on top these are sneaky and tricky and are used by many agents to hide a good percentage of their fees.
