  Disappointing. He was a very nice man. But my carpets unfortunately are just not clean. As far a removing stains or marks - they are all still here. And Im sure its not my imagination but I swear some marks looked a little cleaner after he did it, then as days went by they came back even worse than before! The carpets did have a few marks in each room as i have four kids but shouldnt any decent carpet service be able to get most of them out at least? I feel like I wasted my money on nothing more than a citrus like smell that lasted a few days. So I guess it was 200 bucks for deodorizing! Also the carpet and especially the rugs felt dry and as though there had been product left in them after they dried. Not what I expected. Nice man, bad product. Also he was 2 hours early.. at least he wasnt late i guess. So I would not recommend the product at all. I would however recommend that Joseph went and worked for a better company as he was lovely.

  Joseph did a brilliant job!! 5 rooms and a hallway. No messing about, came in and got the job done. Lifted some major stains that had been there about a year. Cheapest quote by far and did such a good Job I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone based on this experience
