  Frank Pletcher will give you an underquote and then he will stkeep adding everyday. If you are not strong, he will bully you. If you do not know about buildings, he will destroy you. You will have to redo the work after he finishes. So you will end up with double the amount of your budgetHe does not have proper building license. If you want to know more about him, you are welcome to call me or email me . I am doing this review only because I want to help you so that you are not being robbed.
