Job Type: URGENT: Washing Machine Repairs
Location: Highton, VIC
I Initially placed an ad to have our washing machine repaired, ideally within 48 hours. 4 weeks after Clean & Cool Secondhand took our machine to be repaired, it is still not fixed. I would have happily waited the 7-10 days for parts to arrive but this was dragged out to 4 weeks at which point I demanded our machine back so that we could arrange another trades person to look at it. On top of the untimeliness, Clean & Cool offered us a replacement machine to keep our household washing going. The machine continuously flicked our safety switch resulting in our power going out, had no safety gate/cover near the electrics (no good with a young baby in the house who thankfully for us is not yet crawling) and then it simply would not work at all. Would not recommend.
