How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After I had completed my University Degree, a close friend asked me if I would like to work with him in his cleaning business as I had always kept my home very clean. This close friend asked me what I did to maintain my home, and I said, 'that I used order and system'. And by doing so I was able to always clean my home professionally and within a reasonable time period.

When cleaning one home the owner had a small doggy & he would always chase the vacuum cleaner head around the floor as I vacuumed the home. It was all quite funny & I must admit that I loved it as my doggy will do the same sort of thing when I clean my own home.

What I enjoy most about my cleaning jobs are meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and then consulting with my customer to completely understand their cleaning desires. And after the process of cleaning both my customer and I are able to stand back and see their beautifully cleaned premises.

The client should always ask the service professional that if they take more time than they had originally quoted that they only charge as per the first quote given to the the client.

At Clean Trend Cleaning the most common questions I have been asked are ,'how long would it take you to clean my premises?' and the answer that I give is totally dependant upon the nature of the job, for instance  whether the client would like a spring clean of their premises. Another question that comes up with some frequency is about the type of chemicals I use, to which I answer that they are the sort of chemicals which are the best tried and tested chemicals I can buy with minimal impact upon the environment, and this includes a shower cleaner which has no bleach in it, thus not leaving any over powering smell of bleach within the bathroom.

I always arrive slightly early at the premises that I am going to clean so as I can start the cleaning job on time as required by the customer. I am also able to pass a national Police check to prove that I am a trustworthy person with no Police convictions.

Clean Trend Cleaning accepts cash, money order, bank cheque and electronic bank transfer deposit payments for the cleaning of any customers premises. Clean Trend Cleaning does not carry any money for change unless previously arranged with the customer.

At Clean Trend Cleaning I specialise in the the holistic cleaning of both domestic and business cleaning. I do specialise in spring cleaning of domestic cleaning settings and I have an exhaustive inventory of all the necessary cleaning that must take place within any cleaning environment.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Over the last 20 years that I have been cleaning, I have had much experience in cleaning a vast range of properties including properties that had been simply abandoned by their tenants which were left in a terrible state. My training has been on the job training where I had worked as part of a team of cleaners to working on my own.
