  While the cleaners work hard, unfortunately I’m not completely satisfied with their work. I’ve addressed spots that they missed and they were not cleaned the next time I hired them. I hired them for a longer period of time to make sure they had enough time to clean everything. Unfortunately they left early and I paid for time they weren’t here to clean. After i addressed my concerns with their supervisor, I was promised 30 minutes of free cleaning. This didn’t happen, the cleaners didn’t even stay for the 4 hours I hired them for. Which would be fine if they addressed all the issues I asked them to clean in the first place. I asked about the time the cleaners spent cleaning with the supervisor and unfortunately the supervisor said they did clean for the time I hired them for, I do believe there is some miscommunication with the cleaners and supervisor. It would be helpful to see the cleaners checklist so I have a better understanding of what they cleaned and didn’t clean.
