  Job Description: Hello, I was just wondering if opting for part thereof of a bond clean would be cheaper? And if there are any cheaper options available or that I could opt for. I also thought I would let you know that I only have about $500 and I know you guys don't do payment plans but if there was something we could work out that would be great. Floors Staircase (Carpet) Hallway (Carpet) Room 1 floor (Carpet) Entrance, kitchen, living room, dining room (Tiles) Bathroom (Upstairs) (Tiles) Laundry (Tiles) Square pieces of carpet (both sides- both the fabric and non- fabric side) Walls Entrance doorway wall Kitchen wall on the way to the kitchen where the light switch and the remote to the air conditioning is and the column that's near pantry 2 that's connected to this wall Dining room wall where the windows are (in particular in between the windows) Room 3 wall that's inside the room of where the doorway is to the right where the light switch is as well as the light switch. The salt needs to be thrown out and the two Woolworths brand corn kernels, the golden circle corn kernels and the container with raw sugar needs to be cleaned. There is a package on the bench where the contents need to be taken out with clean hands and cannot touch the box. The box itself is to be cut up because of the personal information on it and then is to be thrown in the bin. The contents are to be kept, cleaned and put on a clean surface. The wall up the back of the kitchen near pantry 1 is to be cleaned. Underneath the sinks cupboard as well as a full clean of whatever is in there such as bottles, bin, plumbing, bottom of sink, bin with dishwasher tablets in there, bin bags, etc. The entire island (such as underneath the island bench overhang, around the island outside of the island, etc) Clean the third last and the last shelf of pantry 2 (this include the bottom, sides, top, fronts of both the top shelf and bottom shelf) Clean the microwave (inside, outside and underneath) Bin is to be cleaned Living Room Lounge (the legs as well, including underneath the feet of the legs) Pillows on lounge (both covers and actual pillow) Cords and cord island The entire living room table (including underneath the living room table, the legs of the living room table and underneath the feet of the legs, etc.) Dining Room The entire dining room table including underneath the dining room table (the legs as well and underneath the feet of the legs, etc.) The entire chairs that surround dining room table including underneath the chairs (the legs as well and ) Blinds (including chain, etc) and skirting around window Laundry Entire laundry (including walls, sink, outside of sink cabinets, in between washing machine and sink, etc.) Washing machine Outside laundry wall where the door is around as well as the wall around the corner to the right Both clothes hoists (clothes can also be hung on the clothes hoists after the clothes hoists have been cleaned) and clothes line Bathroom (Upstairs) Entire bathroom (including all parts of the toilet, all parts of the bath/shower, walls, outside of sink cabinets, mirror, towel rack, toilet roll holder, shower head, shelf, shower screen, etc.) Bottles are to be cleaned (this includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) Washing Basket (both inside and out) Comb and Brush is to be cleaned Sink Tap Sink Benchtop Outside sink cabinets (including front, side, underneath, and on around the rim of the sink cabinet doors and drawers, etc.) Bathroom light switch Toilet (including top of toilet where the flush button is, outside and around the toilet, etc) Shower tap Extra Jobs Laundry (Both washing and hanging out) Cutting up Woolworths Bags with my details on it (please do as fine as you can) and then dispose of them in recycling bin Rinse dishes Dishes both unpacking and packing dishwasher Clean appliances (including microwave, my personal phone- phone and phone case inside and out, house phone including holder- both inside and outside and underneath and cord, broom (the entire broom from top to bottom including the bristles- the brush part of the broom), laptop, fridge and toaster, tv remote, air conditioner remote and holder, etc) Clean bank card, Medicare card, ID, house keys and go card (once clean, the clean cards and keys are to be put beside my clean phone on a clean surface which will be the clean bench) Cleaning front driveway including curb Tops of wheelie bins are to be wiped down after you have finished touching them just to prevent contamination Extra things that are needed: - Big plastic bags May I please have a large bucket/container that I can stick my feet and hands in just to clean off myself before stepping back into the clean house? Any clean thing that you touch must be touched with clean hands. Anything that has been cleaned mustn't be put on or back on a dirty surface and anything that is dirty mustn't be put on or back on a clean surface. Please be careful where you walk and what you touch with any part of your body just to prevent further contamination. I'm worried that after accidentally brushing up against a contaminated surface with your arm or leg or back, etc that you might accidentally brush up (not that I'm blaming you or thinking you would intentionally do that, I just thought I would let you know) against a clean surface with your arm or leg or back, etc. Therefore contaminating that surface resulting in it/ that particular part or area needing to be cleaned. Just be mindful of the transference and cross contamination in general as well as between the combination of: Clean surfaces and dirty things And so on and so forth.
