We can give you a quote over the phone but we prefer to meet you in person, inspect what needs to be cleaned and discuss all details with you. We can charge you by hour but we prefer to agree on a price and take the risk of unexpected overtime on us. We make sure you are happy with our service.

If you believe that you can do part of the work yourself to cut the cost, we can discuss it when inspecting your house and discount thus the final price. We then just check what you cleaned and if it is done to our standards, here comes your savings.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to understand the size and age of your house and how long you lived there for. Most houses fall into the "fairly" good condition, however there are worse and even much cleaner houses. We need to see where your house is in order to fit the correct number of hours necessary for the job.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured and we guarantee our work. If you find anything not to your satisfaction, we come back and fix it with no additional charge to you. That is our promise.
