CMS Refrigeration and Airconditioning Services has been established since 1992. CMS is fully licenced and insured and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with "Superior Service, Workmanship and Advice".
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have been in the trade since 1988 since the start of my apprenticeship in refrigeration and air conditioning so, I am a qualified tradesman. I have been in small business since 1992 and still going strong. I am also, fully licensed in all areas required to work in this industry.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
CMS Refrigeration and Air conditioning Services specialises in many areas of the Refrigeration and Air conditioning trade. A good portion of current work performed is servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Terms of payment are generally cash on completion or payment via our mobile Eftpos facility on job completion, unless otherwise pre-negotiated prior to job attendance.
What makes your pricing competitive?
I feel that for the experience and service that I provide my customers, my pricing reflects this. I am not the cheapest repairer, but am here to competently repair your job, use quality parts/materials and in a timely manner.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The job location, the type of appliance, the brand of it and any information as to what the problem with it seems to be or what you would like done to the appliance.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are a licensed and insured business. The materials we use are covered by manufacturers warranty and our workmanship is warranted also.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I feel that 25 years of self employment in this industry and standing the test of time would give any prospective customer peace of mind.

There are many questions customers commonly ask and are specific to the type of work being inquired about. All questions will be happily answered.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy meeting new people and the challenges my job gives me on a daily basis. I also enjoy being outdoors and in a different environment for every job.

I don't have any particular favorite stories to share, but I would like to share that I have had many positive experiences during my years of self employment.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Going back to my time at school, I always knew I wanted to be a tradesman and wanted to have my own business. I worked hard and made this dream turn into reality.
