Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have insurance up to $100,000 whilst in transit, however due to new laws passed in 2012 we cannot offer insurance during handling, it is up to you to extent your home insurance to cover that. However every care is taken by the movers to ensure no damage occurs.

The most asked question is, How long will it take? we always give a booking confirmation prior to arriving for the job which, based on information given by you will include an estimated job time, which will give you an idea of cost.

AS a small family run business we understand how important your furniture and household items are to you, and every care is taken to protect your items during handling and transit. Our company has been operating for over 20 years with many happy customers, and as new owners we endeavour to keep our happy customers coming back and make sure our new customers are just as happy and think of us first for any future moves.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We are a small family run business, who endeavour to give you the best service and make your moving day as stress less as possible. We also have the larges truck you can get holding up to 60 cubic meters of furniture meaning we can more often than not fit your whole home in one load to save you time an money.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

-How much there is too move. -Access to both properties. -How many levels there are to both properties. -Do you have any large items, IE piano/ pol table/spa (all of which can be moved by us at no extra charge)

As well as moving we can also pack and unpack for you taking all the stress of moving away from you, We also offer a cleaning service to, and can stay and put furniture back together for you if you wish.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We do charge from depot to depot, however we will give you a pre quoted travel time and will only charge for that so if we run in to traffic you wont get charged any extra, we also bulk our time into 15 minute intervals so that if a job takes 1h10 mins you will only be charged 1h15 rather than 2hrs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our hourly rate is billed at $132 ph inclusive of GST Mon - Fri for two men and a 60 cubic meter truck, weekend rates are $162 Sat and $200 Sunday, a 3 man rate can be offered too which can cut down the job time. We also bill in 15 min incriminates meaning if your job takes 1hr15mins you will only pay 1hr15mins not 2hrs like with some other companies

We specialise in House moves local or country, we also do office relocations, packing and unpacking and cleaning services. We will also stay and put furniture back together if you so wish :)

Our driver is our owner and has been working in the removals trade for over ten years and only employs he best offsiders who are as passionate about making your life easier as he is.
