How do you normally charge for your service?
Our services are billed in a number of ways. We can attend site, at no cost, and provide a quote on the work to be done. We can work on an hourly rate system if the client wishes to track our hours work and pay for what we do or we can provide a quote off plans and a scope of work. We provide a 7days to pay invoice plan in which the invoice is emailed to the customer at the completion of the job
What makes your pricing competitive?
Because of our high quality of work we are able to maintain a high work load turn over which in turn allows us to get the best price from our suppliers. These savings are passed on to the customer
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are a fully insured company with 10million public liability cover. We guarantee all of our labour for 12 months. Materials and equipment are covered by the manufacturer warranty
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. If ceiling fans are been installed have the ceiling fans assembled prior to us attending, this saves time on labour as we don't have to assemble.
2. If there are any manual labour jobs that the client can do themselves e.g. digging a trench, moving furniture from a work area, clearing access to under the house etc. this will save time on labour
3. Having a complete list of work to be done at the time of quoting, this will save on costs as we will have all materials needed to do work on initial visit and will not have to return to complete work cause of not having required materials
