Yes we are fully insured with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.  We guarantee that we will deliver the service you requested. When the job is finalised we ask you to look over it and advise us if you would like anything changed or added.

Will you offer advice which is important to me. Can you suggest ways to improve my profitability? Will you support me in liaisons with the ATO? Are your rates reasonable? What can I do to keep my rates down?

How long will the job take?  Individuals with no investments are usually completed while they wait.  Depending on the type of business, most business jobs are completed within a 2 - 3 week time frame, however, this time will vary if not all information has been provided or it is peak time for tax season.

I will require your full name, date of birth, tax file number, address, telephone number, residency status,  information on all income including investments and business income as well as all relevant expenses, partner and children details and private health details.

Ensure you supply ALL documents in one go. Organise your income and expenses in a logical manner and if possible using excel. Supply us with electronic documents wherever possible.

We regularly check our competitors prices.  Your tax returns will not automatically be higher every year as it will change depending on the volume of work which could make the price go up or down.  Off course we will consider small price rises as the years pass in line with the increasing costs of services.

Our fees are charged by using a mixture of set prices and time based charges.  The charge will depend on how well organised your affairs are and the volume of work to be done.  We are happy to quote prior to taking on a job.
