Unfortunately, some of my furniture was damaged during the removal process when items fell inside the truck, while it was stationary, at my drop off address. I have had to contact the owner/manager numerous times now regarding processing a claim and he never returns my calls or texts. I moved two weeks ago and I am no further towards resolving this issue than I was on the day the damage was caused. I feel that the follow up to this problem has been dealt with (or rather avoided) in a very unprofessional manner. However when I suggested that to my contact after not being contacted about the reported issue, I was then accused of being aggressive.
