My partner and I trained with Athen for about 3 months. It was a great experience, our fitness levels have increased so much! The trainer was always accommodating with the exercises by showing us different ways to do them depending on the level of difficulty. I can now also do push ups on my toes so I think that alone is an achievement! Thank you Athen!
