We provide a 10 year workmanship warranty. And all product warranty's are held within Australia. They vary from 5 years all the way through to 25 years depending on the product you select.

I thought 6 years ago that Solar would change everything. And save a lot of home owners a lot of money and help them. I was think I was right.

Helping people is what we are all about. Solar helps your back pocket, and it helps the environment. The future of Energy generation in Australia is Solar Power for sure. There will come a day when you start selling your excess power to your neighbours. Rather than giving it to the grid.

Most common question at the moment is about batteries & pricing.  Again there are a few options here which we walk you through. And as mentioned we have the EZI payment plans available with CERTEGY to make it affordable.

If there is an issue with one of our installs. We want to know about it. This is why monitoring is mandatory with our installs. We don't want to just install your solar then never speak again. Referral business is one of our key drivers.

Our number one focus is our customers. We provide an ongoing monitoring service for FREE as part of our installs to make sure you get looked after over the long term. Solar Power is a longterm investment which is why we include mandatory monitoring, so if an issue does arise. We can fix it for you.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Address so we can design the install. Power Bill. Basic list of appliances being used.  And most importantly ...... " Whats important to you" ?     Everyones expectation are different. We find some people just want the best. Some of you are more price concerned. And we understand that.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The more the merrier :)   If there is someone you know that would also like to install solar we can provide a $250 discount or referral fee. Per system install. Also providing us with a clear photo of your meter box. And Emailing through a copy of your power bill. Just incase the meter needs work.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Anyone who comes on board within 7 days of receiving quote will be given FREE on site service for life. This is where we set your monitoring up to notify us if your system drops below 95% of expected output. If it does, an alert trigger is emailed to us, then we send someone out to take a look.

We have pricing options to suit almost anyone. However It's our belief that It's better to pay a little more to get the results you want long term. Than to pay a little less and cut corners on product quality & reliability.  Either way you will be given the option to choose from different packages

How do you normally charge for your service?

We teamed up with CERTEGY EZI PAY. So you could use a Cash purchase. Or CERTEGY EZI payment plan. Payments usually run for 40 moths. Then you can either extend the payments and add batteries.      Or the payments stop, and you never pay another cent for your Solar again.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise is Micro Inverted Solar Systems. And prefer to use ENPHASE micro inverters as they are the Premium Micro Inverter on the market. You are installing a Power Generation Unit that should last 20yrs. So installing the safest equipment possible is important.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

6 years Solar Industry experience. Residential or Commercial Solar.  We can install Grid Connect, Hybrid or Off Grid Solar. Any size system from 2kw all the way through to 100kw. All of our installers are CEC certified some of which have had experience installing Solar Farms in the Philippines.
