yes I am insured with Allianz and I provide 10 years warranty on any job I do. as a requirement of insurance, I must install safety rails for the duration of the job only. its a requirement of OH&S

was out of a job then a friend want it someone to give him a hand, I was happy to do so if he tells me what to do, and that was 13 years a go.

I've done a job 6 years ago, customer called me worried sick that one tradie was on next door neighbour unit, and checked my customer roof, was told it needs full recementing. the cost is $2800. I inspect it and took pictures, nothing was wrong at all (some people have no honesty).

few things I like about it: I like the flexibility my job gives me, also the outdoor freedom instead being inside, also the variety of roofs as every roof has different challenge.

every customer should meet the tradie and talk face to face to make sure he or she will be the one doing the job, also ask few questions to give customer an idea if that is a real tradie or just another sales man.

do you know where the leak comes from? yes I do, then I start to explain the issue and how to fix it. how long will it take for you to finish a full roof restoration? I reply, I allow 4 - 5 working days.

1- reliability: once  I receive a quote request I try to contact customers with in that day sometimes can be after I finish work around 3-4pm. 2- trustworthy: I do my very best to provide the best job just like doing my own, that's why I require no deposit or progress payment.

there are few questions I ask any customer before I go and quote; such as wether they have cement or terracotta tiles, is there any leak, what are the days they are available to give customers the best chance to ask any question.

1- check the price: just make sure the price is reasonable not too high, and also not too low if its too good to be true then something is wrong. 2- meet the tradie and ask questions. 3- you can negotiate the price.

my prices are mid range as I have been around for a while and know what the big companies charge, to cover their running cost and also what a back yarder charges chasing quick cash with no written warranty.

cash, cheque, internet transfer and PayPal. at the end of the day it is the customer choice. I don't usually charge any deposit or progress payment until the job is done.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialized in fixing and repairing as well as rejuvenating or restoring old looking tiled roofs to their original beauty, wether they are cement or terracotta tiles. I do bedding and pointing, valley replacement, replace broken tiles, high pressure clean, seal and colour when required.

13 years hands on experience. dealing with all different type of tiles wether terracotta or cement. in a nut shell I gained my qualification from a school called life.
