I’ve been passionately working in the fitness industry for over ten years. I started Personal Training and instructing RPM classes at two small Gym’s in the southern area before growing my business at Genesis Noarlunga. Within four years I was able to help around 30 clients per week reach their goals, my proudest moments were helping two members win two separate 12 week challenges .
The last year at Genesis my focus turned to corrective movements, rehabilitation & functional movements from this I hold a rehab trainer certificate , Crossfit level 1 and Crossfit weightlifting level 1
Personally I played soccer for over 25 years and now train and compete in Crossfit
