I work with clients who might experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. People often come for a range of reasons and challenges. If you want to understand your emotional world and work towards healing and well-being then I am here to help. In any session we set achievable goals to work towards and that are meaningful to you. I assist people using a range of therapeutic modalities. Central to this is a supportive therapeutic relationship that is affirming and focused on change and shifting old patterns. I often help people to re-connect with their inner world and work through defences and emotional experience. Overall, the aim is to cultivate growth, security, and hope.
