The most common question we are asked would be, when can you be there ?. Answer, as soon as possible depending on the workload, but we can usually give a fairly accurate timescale.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Quoting on different areas of irrigation design calls for possible site visit to measure area and check water flow and pressure and to discuss client requirements.  Submersible Bore quotes can usually be made without a site visit initially.   Quoting on repairs to irrigation systems is not normally offered for the following reasons, it is often difficult to see all the work required because much of what is needed is buried in the ground and requires actual work to be done, also some repairs when being carried out can highlight other areas with problems because pressure has been increased in the system with some work having been completed.

1. Be prepared for us when we call. 2. Have access to the property organised, gates unlocked, meter boxes open . 3. Have equipment to be worked on located and access to the area clear if possible.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos at the shop. We have a service call charge of $100.00. Hourly rate is $100.00 charged in 15 minute increments of $25.00. Parts used are additional. Plus GST. Installations are normally quoted and price is fixed unless alterations to the quote are requested. Work can be paid for on site or invoiced for settlement within 7 days.
