  The move itself was fine, just a day later than arranged due to employee issues. A stressful time made worse with concern that the movers were not going to show. Luckily it got sorted and they squeezed me in late the following day.

  They never bothered to turn up even though we had a confirmed booking. As a result our frozen foods were spoiled as we took them out of the freezer in preparation for the move and we slept in our car at the new location as we had no furniture. NEVER consider hiring CT Movers

  DO NOT HIRE CT Movers - we hired them and they never showed up. When we finally got in contact with them an hour and a half after the scheduled moving time they made some ridiculous excuse and offered to come in three hours which would have been during the night! We had already shut down our fridges and freezers and my wife was waiting at the new home with the food expecting their arrival. As a result, the frozen food was spoiled and we slept the night in our car. We could not get anyone else in the morning with the short notice so hired a trailer and we are moving piece by piece as I write this. Do not risk hiring these cowboys !!!

  I can’t even leave a star for their lousy work and terrible service. Firstly, their movers came with attitude. Misplaced our beds fittings and when we were all busy trying to find so that they can finish assembling the furnitures that they took apart, they commented that we are wasting their time and our own money. What kind of lousy attitude?!?? We had to make multiple trips back and forth on our own car coz they keep insisting that their truck is full. Bear in mind that we do not mind paying for another trip but you can see from their attitude that they do not want to make the trip. They asked us for cash payment at the start of the job so we promised to give them cash and so the movers overcharged us. I only knew of the extra that they took after I lodged a complaint to ct movers and received their invoice. Btw, their service recovery is only an email attached with the invoice while I actually waited for the whole day for their call which they had promised. I would seriously not recommend them and only use them at your own risk.

  The worst experience I have every had with a removalist. They arrived late, brought the wrong size truck which meant 2 loads were required, It took over 2 hours for them to return back for the second load which should have only taken 1 hour including their 'lunch break'. I had to ask them to stop moving my furniture as they were scratching and denting it due to not using blankets on the trolley. Upon returning from the second trip they carelessly placed my mirror on the back of the tail lift and left it unattended which led to it being smashed. They refused to pay for the damage as they said it was not covered under their insurance. It was a horrible experience.
