Yes we are an insured business and we do guarantee our work as long as the client puts in the same effort and energy as the trainer. Especially in relation to diet and exercise.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The trainers at Davies PT have all competed at high levels throughout multiple sports. Brad as a professional Soccer player and Nicole as a professional Dancer. We ALL love the Fitness Industry and we all so passionate about it and we love to share all of our tips to all our clients.

My first ever client here at Davies PT lost an amazing 85kg with me in her first 18 months of training. She has since become happy, increased her life span, lowered her health medication, become fit, strong and has had kids and a family. To this day I still train her twice a week.

I love helping people achieve there fitness goals and seeing how positive people can be once they are given the right tools. Being passionate about health and fitness, there is nothing better then seeing someone feel better about themselves.

People always ask " is this goal achievable?" and we always answer very truthfully and if the goal is not realistic we will let them know and advise them on what is more achievable.

Here at Davies PT we pride ourself on giving the best service possible. We offer both Male and Female Trainers that are very experienced and knowledgeable in the industry at a good price. We also offer good availability in regards to time slots for training.

1. Limit eating takeaway and preparation of meals - this will save money on eating out everyday by buying in bulk and also assist in results.  2. Cut excessive drinking and soft drinks  3. Aim to quit smoking

Davies PT charges for our service by the hour. We also include a lot of extras that we don't charge for. such as Fitness Programs, Nutrition and just all round motivation is included when you become part of the Davies PT family.
