  Alex turned up promptly to investigate the rain water tank not working. He found that the pipe had become disconnected from the pump and concluded that the pump most likely burned out as a result. He quoted a complete new system for $1900. Concerned about the price, I took another look at the pump myself and found it working fine, just that a few buttons had to be pressed on the Water Switch to take it out of lockout mode. Connected the pipe to the pump again, and it all worked. Incorrect diagnosis that could have resulted in throwing out a perfectly good pump.

  Hi there, I’m sorry that you feel this way. As you saw in my testing while you watched me on site I couldn’t get the pump to work at all. There was nothing suspicious about what I did and you weren’t charged anything for the quote. I feel you have been quite harsh referring to me being suspicious as you saw I spent 30 mins resetting and re connecting up the system with no success. If I had gone there and you didn’t watch me the whole time then maybe you could be excused for thinking that but you watched my efforts to try and get it to work. I have to advise on what I thought best thing moving forward was, but if almost a month later you managed to reset it after I connected it up properly there is not much I can do about that. I am glad you managed to fix it without any cost sorry that I couldn’t help you more.

  I have full insurance that covers all of my work. Because i am fully licensed there is no issues if there was ever a problem. If there is an issues with my work i encourage people to contact me first so we can resolve your concerns as quick as possible. I am proud of my skills and ability. I would encourage people not to deal with plumbers who don't have insurance or a licence, it could be costly if something goes wrong. As you can see my insurance is verified with one flare so you have peace of mind you are covered.
