Yes we are ensured and we guarantee absolutely 100% the best clean possible every time! Prior to cleaning we will inspect all the areas to be cleaned together, you will be advised of the result you can expect and we will always meet or exceed the agreed upon expectations.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was a software engineer for many years working for multi-billion dollar technology companies. Came back to Adelaide after marrying cause I'm originally from here and mum & dad are here. Wanted a change from sitting in front of the computer all day so decided to become a tradie :-)

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Cleaned the carpets for a lovely lady before Christmas, they were heavily soiled with pet urine and faeces. Came up amazing, she couldn't believe it, gave me a hug and told me this was the first Christmas she wouldn't be embarrassed to have people over.

What do you like most about your job?

I love everything about fabrics and fibres, love knowing everything about them, and get a lot of fulfillment from restoring them to their former glory. Some people love cars, others the footie, others fishing; I love fabrics and fibres :-)

Are you licensed and certified by the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute? Most will answer No, they won't be certified or be certified by a lesser institution.  Are you using the latest micro-polymerisation technology that will keep my carpets cleaner for longer? Most will answer "What's that??"

We are licensed and certified meaning we have formal education in carpet cleaning & textiles, and are re-certified every year and subject to service inspections to ensure we clean to a very high standard. We are also a small family business living locally so you'll get the same person every time.

We don't compete on price, only on quality. We deliver excellent value for money in that our cleaning results are industry-leading and carpets when cleaned with our technology stay cleaner for far longer.

Through a quick phone call or by inspection. We charge a fair price to do the work correctly, providing an all-inclusive service to a very high standard. If you are after a quick in-and-out budget clean we don't offer that.

We specialise in fabrics, fibres and hides; experts in cleaning and restoring Wool, Silk, IQ150, Linen, Viscose, Acrylic, Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyester, Leather etc...if it's a carpet, sofa or rug we know exactly what we are dealing with and how to get you the best result.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We are certified by the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute and possess an in-depth knowledge about every type of carpet fibre and upholstery fabric; we know exactly what to do to remove stains on a particular textile and are able to tell you what will and won't come out prior to the service!
