  My younger brother move that also included picking up his stuff from my home were done by Diana removals. Greg and Ahmed were good and handled the small move well.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!! Beware, these positive reviews must not be real. I thought I’d read enough to think they were ok. Pay the slight extra for a professional company. This company owned by “Sima”, started the clock a block away via a phone call to check address location, proceeded to slowwwwly fill truck, both took 10mins total in the toilet to extend the time. When they got to my other house, refused to unload, holding my furniture hostage until we paid the amount they said. Which was not the 108 plus 40 fuel charge quoted, 2hrs min. They had already taken a 100 deposit. Hidden costs of 40 an hr for fuel, tape even when you asked not to wrap something, tolls etc I’ve referred them to ACCC and will be doing more to follow up. Sima who took the money via phone would not take/return phone calls or emails after move to resolve the issue. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  They do not send professional movers, they are slow and took breaks at the top of every hour. I know they have stolen an I phone cable from me, and did not care at all even when i confronted them about it. They never bothered to give me a receipt on the day and took 2 weeks to get it. They have a lot of hidden charges they don't like to tell you until they are already their and you have no choice. they overcharged me and took 3 weeks to get that money back, had to threaten with better business bureau just to get the slightest action. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. They are expensive, horrible value for money.
