How much do I charge. I try to give a rough estimate.  How long before I get my refund . Can I get a bigger refund . I tell them to find more receipts so they have more deductions

Get all the receipts together in one file. Put the receipts in chronolical order or even better on a spreadsheet. Put all the invoices in a logical order . Attach previous years returns
