Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are insured for all the services offered. Our work is guaranteed to the extent that we'll get it right. If the client is unhappy with the outcome because they feel the work does not fit the brief then we'll ensure we get it right for the agreed cost. Where changes in scope occur during the life of the project we'll agree to the cost adjustments before commencing the work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've indirectly been doing it since I first started working almost 20 years ago. Wherever I've gone I've gravitated towards the creative work and when my employers have identified the skill I have they continued to use me for that purpose. I've come to realise that I have something I can offer clients on a full time basis that I thoroughly love and believe is of value to businesses.

1. I'm extremely passionate about what I do and so is everyone who works for me, we want to get it right and we want to produce amazing work 2. Quality is the number one priority to me, nothing goes to the client without me having proofed it first and everything is checked with a fine tooth comb 3. Customer care is a close second in my list of priorities, I make myself available at all times to clients and am the main point of contact for every project 4. I am transparent with my cost structures so you know where every cent goes

Be very clear on the scope of the work Discuss ways to reduce the hours required if the cost is too high Provide any materials required Try keep my visits your site to site to minimum while the project is ongoing

We are able to save in many ways and these cost savings to customers. All our equipment belongs to us so there is seldom reason to hire equipment, we have a studio with a green screen, we work from home and we are able to hire actors directly so there are no management fees.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I usually charge per hour and offer a timeframe for the completion of the work so that the client knows upfront how much they're going to be paying. Should the scope of the work change and more time is required this is discussed with the client prior to commencement of the additional work.

I specialise in wall art, creation of workshop and presentation resources, design of tenders and reports, template creation for Microsoft Office documents, sourcing of artistic services, photography and videography.

I have also done business stationery and websites for start up businesses and wall art for various purposes. Our videographer has done short films, TED talks and music videos Our musician plays in several bands, is a music teacher and composes music for adverts and short films
