• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always had a genuine interest in Natural Therapies, particularly energetic medicine, along with an innate desire to help others. In year 2000, I chose to follow this passion. Having studied at the Australian College of Natural Medicine (ACNM -now named the Endeavour College), and the Australian Institute of Applied Science (AIAS), I obtained an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in 2005, and have been practicing in this field since. In 2009, I completed training in Kinergetics at 'Bayside Kinesiology'. This is now an additional therapy that I love & practice in daily. I also has a Diploma of Kinesiology, and am a certified 'Blue Card' holder : Card number 1065238/1. I am honoured to have been invited to assist many people in their personal journey with Health & Happiness and have had the pleasure of working both throughout Australia and the world. I have been blessed with clients that love to inform me of their personal journey transformations that have occurred and I am absolutely honoured to be a part of it.

  Testimonial: 'Leading up to my Kinesiology session, I was unsure of what to expect and if it would be beneficial. Now I can truly say that it changed my life. Amazingly, I have experienced both psychological and physical benefits from just a few sessions. I am happy to share my experience so you can see just how rewarding it can be. One of the issues Penny & I addressed was the slightly traumatic birth of my son. Although I handled the situation well at the time, I found that as time passed I became more affected by it. I had become quite distressed and needed to debrief. While talking through it with Penny was beneficial, I also believe that the kinesiology was a huge factor.
