I had Jordan come out to fix my toilet and now I’ve had to call out another plumber to come and fix my toilet as it was only a quick fix so I am not happy at all with the service i got, he also used a metal machine that scratched the living daylights out of my toilet so now I’ve had to explain to my landlord what has happened. If possible I would like a full refund as it was not worth $220 for the service that I got.11 Jul 2019
Caterina, Your storey doesnt make sense.I cleared the blockage after spending two hours trying to do so.You said your landlord came to your house at 1 am in the morning with a plumber for a blocked toilet that was cleared when i left yesterday.Your toilet already had a broken seat on it and was damaged.I will not be providing any refund as the service i provided was more than professional and fair. And i dont appreciate you hanging up on me when i give an opinion to what you allege. As you can see from my other reviews my customers are very happy with the service i provide.I am sorry that someone placed so toilet paper down your toilet and then you left it for two weeks.Rony
