Well the I saw the add in the paper to work for Mercedes Benz and I could not resist applying, to my amazement they chose me.

Ask me for Russell's number. I spent weeks helping Russell with no financial assistance whatsoever, he bought a car I provided a roadworthy on and it blew up several weeks after the purchase. I did this as he has inoperable cancer, it is the only thing to do as he needs to see doctors at short notice. I attended the auctions and found a car, retired it to get him mobile and repaired and sold the other car, I now have a very loyal and happy family to service.

Making a difference, our customers tell us they love us because we are no stress, honest fair dinkum professionals who don't need to lie, we care and we're patient and most satisfyingly even if a customer goes elsewhere after quoting they call us and ask if they can come back, they soon realise we are good at what we do, and how amazing is that?

My customers ask me why I do the job, I answer, its only because the opportunity exists to provide high levels of service and improve outcomes for customers, this allows a niche market for us to operate as we don't do the cheapest job and we aren't the most expensive either, just fair dinkum trustworthy service from honest hardworking people.

Admittedly we're over insured however that provides security to you the client. Tailoring a unique mobile or workshop experience for cost savy or prestige car lovers alike. We are trade qualified, not all are? We support LEGACY. We have never been insolvent or in trouble with the law or tax office.

VIN Number Month & Year Issues or troubles Customer motivations - e.g. selling car so a cost effective fix or alternatively its your dream car and seek a quality outcome with the bells and whistles

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Degrease the engine before we inspect it especially if we are looking for an oil leak. Take particular note of times, speed, rpm and other specific details when noting an issue for repair or diagnosis. Tell us upfront what you seek to desire with your vehicle, is it all about price, are you safety conscious, seeking better braking efficiency so you might need a high end brake pad fitted. Chose high end or low end parts to use. Be flexible on timing so we can fit you in at more cost effective time, for example if you need us URGENTLY then this obviously will incur a loading to do so

Low overheads gained by employing a business consultant to provide industry leading advice. We can tailor each service from a first car right up to a $200,000 prestige vehicle. We prefer to use mid range parts as standard however we can use high or price conscious parts also.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

23 years experience. Mercedes Benz factory trained. Having worked in large corporates such as Caterpiller or Atlas Copco we combine big business experiences with small business to blend a unique customer experience. Various safety and business related skills and training. I am trade qualified and please do your homework as you are not required to hold a trade qualification in QLD to repair cars!!!
