Ben exceeded all expectations. Communicates very well. I left a message on Oneflare one evening around 7:30pm - he had responded by email and phone within 15 minutes. Most plumbers never respond to anything. He came at confirmed time. He took off his shoes before entering my house! Amazing. He fixed my toilet within 10 minutes, having brought required parts with him. The cost was as per quote. The best experience I have had with a tradesman ever.
