All to often we receive panic calls from tenants who have booked a unbelievably priced exit clean but then the provider cancels at the very last minute !  We do try to assist in those unfortunate situations but due to our diary being booked a month in advance sometimes are unable  Check and double check each company , read reviews and make sure your preferred contractor has a warranty

I’ve done the oven - why do you need to do again?  When vacating your home a thorough inspection will be carried out by your landlord/agent. To ensure your warranty is valid we need to make sure each item is thoroughly cleaned to a high standard .

If we know exactly the amount of rooms and bathrooms we can individualise your quote this is especially important when it comes to carpet cleaning  As if we are not aware of staircases and landings they may get overlooked

Like with every home cleaning is a long and arduous process  To assist with your exit clean and reduce costs simple things like ensuring the property is free of all belongings, pet hair is reduced by a vacuum and the Homs is in a reasonable condition

We will send you an invoice and appreciate your payment via bank transfer . A receipt will always be supplied and believe this method to be safe and secure especially in these current times with Covid - contactless payment
