  We used this company for a total package home clean but our expectations were not met at all. It is surface cleaning at best and our house is already surface clean. We hired cleaners to do the harder cleaning we can't do. Because it is a package it is rushed to get through the list and get out the door. Under the kids beds, bedhind doors and edges of carpets arn't vacuumed and this has been many cleans in a row now. They take less than 30 seconds to vacuum a bedroom. (Literally witnessed this) Fans won't be cleaned because furniture is under them, yet they are outlined in the package. Of course furniture is under fans. Pink mould left in showers and Karen just says it was her best shower cleaner but doesn't address the fact it isn't clean. When the issues were raised with Karen she is defensive, insulting and doesn't address the issues that are shown in photos immediately after the cleaner has left. She just ignores the issues and attempts to make excuses sending photos of texts from her cleaners which is highly inappropriate from a business perspective. Highly recommend finding another company if you can because my robot vacuum does a better job of vacuuming and mopping and my 8 year old can wipe down a bench.

All to often we receive panic calls from tenants who have booked a unbelievably priced exit clean but then the provider cancels at the very last minute ! We do try to assist in those unfortunate situations but due to our diary being booked a month in advance sometimes are unable Check and double check each company , read reviews and make sure your preferred contractor has a warranty
