Most of the clean was good but the toilet floor wasn’t washed and then I was charged more than quoted. If you are thinking of going with this company, be wary of the price they quote you and then be prepared to be charged more at the end of the clean than quoted. While the clean was ok, I honestly felt that they were misleading and dishonest in their quoting and pricing.19 Apr 2022
It is stated in all quotes its a Min. of 2 hrs your home may require more time, it is $35 pre hr. you also stated your home was in a state be prepared. photo were taken before and after, the girls were on their hands and knees scrubbing bathrooms and floors, it took a total of 4 hours 2 hrs each. we do not mislead anyone. you came back and said they did a great job but I think they missed the bathroom floor, the floors were all done, I said to you I will ask the cleaner, you said don't worry about it. the cleaner offered to go back to check.Michael J
