Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are a professional business so of course we are insured.  Some deep stains can sometimes return (usually much fainter than before) after full drying occurs - if so, we will return too! If you are not happy we will rectify the problem wherever possible - a full Customer inspection is encouraged

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a qualified Industrial Chemist who got tired of the politics and in-fighting in the corporate world. So, I decided to get out from behind the desk and do something that kept me fit whilst allowing me to build a business I could be proud of. "Lifestyle" says it all!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One Customer had hall & stairs steam cleaned. Dried carpet had huge brown marks all over! Complained & cleaner returned. Appeared to remove them but when carpet dried marks returned.  Then she hired another carpet cleaner - same result. Then me: water marks permanently removed. See Pics

What do you like most about your job?

Very simple! Making Customers go "WOW" If you can't finish a job knowing you couldn't have done better or tried harder then you have no job satisfaction. Customers saying that this result is much better than the last time the carpet was cleaned makes us proud (as long as we didn't do it last time!)

Are there ANY hidden extra's? How long will the job take (if it's too short be wary) Do you get on your hands and knees if necessary to get a difficult mark out? Does this add to the cost? Does the price include deodorising, sanitising, anti-allergen treatment? CHECK OUT REVIEWS!

DRY CLEANING VS STEAM CLEANING? Dry cleaning = much less water, so mould, mildew, smells, wet carpets, tannin/rust marks, stains returning, rapid carpet re-soiling are unlikely or impossible.  WHAT DETERMINES QUALITY OF THE CLEAN? Lot's of things, but mainly how hard the technician tries!

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We will agree with you on a 1 hour "arrival window" on the appointed day. We will do everything we can to achieve this timing. If, due to unforseen circumstances we find we will be earlier or later we WILL ALWAYS ring in advance so that you are NEVER left wondering.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

All we need to know is how many rooms and rough sizes (even just knowing that your lounge room is roughly the size of 2 bedrooms helps!) of each. Also, whether you want us to just clean around beds or around AND under.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Please clear items off surfaces of furniture you want moved. Moving out smaller tables,chairs etc. is a great help We happily move larger furniture provided it is OH&S safe to do so &d there is no risk of damage (couches/armchairs/Dining tables, etc). We can clean around furniture to save you money

What makes your pricing competitive?

There are cheap & nasty providers around if that's what you want. If quality of outcome is important to you we are best value for money. We can only do maybe 1/2 the jobs per day that many other providers can - we do it properly and professionally so that you know your money is well spent.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We generally charge by area to be cleaned. It can be difficult to do this over the phone (particularly if the Customer does not know the size of rooms). However, with some discussion we can usually give a good estimate over the phone and then confirm the exact price when we arrive and inspect.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in removing marks and stains that others cannot. We have a large number of specialist stain removal cleaning agents to do this. Should we be unable to remove a mark we are able to suggest other options.
